The weekly market with local produce, baked goods, and North Country vendors. Everything sold here is grown or produced in the four-county area — a Saturday-morning staple.
Race Against Poverty
Registration 9:00 AM, race starts 10:00 AM · The Strand Theater, 136 Franklin St, Watertown · $60 per 2-person team
Watertown’s version of The Amazing Race: teams of two solve clues, visit local businesses, and complete challenges — all supporting the community. Registration covers entry, event T-shirts, and an after-party at noon with food and awards. Hosted by United Way of Northern New York.
Brookside Cemetery Historical Tour
10:00 AM–1:00 PM (doors 9:30 AM) · Brookside Cemetery, 19000 County Road 165, Watertown · $15 members / $18 non-members (kids 12 & under free)
The Jefferson County Historical Society’s annual tour through one of Watertown’s most historic cemeteries — a 2.2-mile route telling the stories of the people and families buried here. Walking or driving tours, both start at 10:00 AM. Tickets in advance at the Paddock Mansion or online; day-of tickets are cash or check only. Comfortable walking shoes recommended.

Sound Bath & Forest Bath
4:00 PM · Thompson Park, Watertown (meet at the overlook parking near the Gotham St entrance) · $30 per person
A restorative afternoon combining sound healing with a mindful walk through the park. Reserve your spot by Venmo or Cash App to Tessa’s Magic (cash also accepted). Presented by Maynestream Magic, Tessa’s Magic & Legacy of Light. No refunds — a rain date will be set if the weather doesn’t cooperate.
